Airtel v/s Ola Cabs - Which Option is Correct?

Tum log, tum log mock tests dete ho, I'm at my shift but I need help with AILET Contract Law. Question from my notes: X orders a plan from Airtel, which includes 1GB data per day for 10 days. However, on the 10th day, Airtel reduces the data to 50MB due to "technical snag". Airtel claims this is a force majeure and X's plan has been terminated. X argues that he has a valid contract with Airtel and they haven't fulfilled their obligations.

Two options:

Option 1: Airtel has rightly terminated the plan as there was a force majeure (technical snag) and they can't be held liable.

Option 2: Airtel is liable for not fulfilling their obligation under the contract and X can claim damages.
