In Family Law chapter of AILET, question aa rha hai 'Agar ek couple ka divorce ho gaya hai to kya unki bachchi ki custody kanoon ke under father ya mother ke paas hi hogi?' Darr lag rha hai kyunki yeh CPC ka Section 13-B hai, jahaan kai provisions hain.
