AILET CPC Mock Test - Struggled with Specific Relief Act

cpc ailet intermediate experience_share

I sat for a CPC mock test and scored 65/100. I struggled with question 21, which asked me to differentiate between Specific Relief Act and Specific Performance of Contracts. The option that said 'Specific Relief Act can be invoked if contract is not specifically enforceable' was correct, but I chose the wrong option. I wasted 2 minutes thinking about this question. In the real exam, you can't afford to waste time.

My weak areas are CPRs 69-70 and 77, where I'm always confusing between rescission and cancellation. In this mock, I also struggled with question 10, which asked me to apply the rule of discharge by performance of contractual obligations.

Chill, beta! You're not alone in struggle. I too struggled with Specific Relief Act in my 5th sem. It's a tough chapter, but with consistent practice, you'll master it. Focus on S. 14, S. 26, and S. 34. These are the key sections. Try solving previous year papers and online mock tests. Don't worry, you'll ace it in AILET CPC. Keep practicing, and all the best!
