I recently picked up Insights by Anubhav Kumar for Company Law prep, thinking it'd be helpful. But boy, was I disappointed. The content is scattered, lacks coherence, and majorly relies on rote memorization. I mean, where's the depth? The author barely touches upon the key concepts, let alone explain them in a way that's easily relatable. Don't even get me started on the practice questions - most of them are based on outdated case laws, which is frustrating because AILET updates their exam question paper every year. I swear, a student who uses this material will be left scratching their head on the exam day. Trust me, it's not worth the effort. **Section 4 of the Companies Act, 2013 says it all - "The Board of Directors shall ensure that the Company conducts the business with such integrity and transparency.
