Kya tribunal ki decisions ko court ko follow karna hoga ya phir woh usse challenge kar sakte hain? Main soch raha hoon, kyunki hamaare textbook mein kuch clear nahi kiya gaya hai. Administrative law mein tribunal ke decisions ke baad court ki jurisdiction kya hai, kya wo hamaare Constitution ke Article 136 ke under hi hai jo Supreme Court ko court ki decisions ko challenge karne ki permission deti hai... Koi bata sakta hai kya?
