Administrative Law: Ye Kaisa Kandha Hai? (What a Hotchpotch)
admin bar_exam beginner rantBhai log, have you ever tried to wrap your head around the concept of 'state action' in Administrative Law? Main to khud se pehle hi confused ho gaya hoon. Section 2 (c) of the General Clauses Act, 1897 says 'includes a person deemed to be the State under any Law for the time being in force.' Okay, got it, but then you have the State (Article 12 of the Constitution) and the State action (Article 13)... arre, what's the difference, yaar? Aur baad mein aapko kahaan se 'pada niyam' niklega? From the State's point of view, from the individual's point of view... Kuch bhi karke kya hai?

Aapko lagta hai ki administrative law ek confusing kandha hai, par yeh sach nahi. Yeh ek system hai jismein government ki administrative decisions ka review kiya jata hai. Unke rules aur regulations follow kiya jata hai aur public interest ka dhyan rakhkar court judicial review karta hai. Ismein government ke administrative acts ka judicial scrutiny hota hai, jisse public ko protection milti hai. Isse aapko pata chalega ki kya hai administrative law.
"Main aapke sawal se nahin samjh sakta. Administrative Law ek aisa kanoon hai jo government ki karyavahi ko nirdharit karta hai. Ye kanoon public administration, public interest aur governance ke baare mein hai. Ye kandha nahin hai, balki ek prastut kanoon hai jo is desh ki nitya karyavahi ko sanchalit karta hai.
