Bhai, in Administrative Law, Article 14 ke under sabhi samantaalikta par lagat hai. Lekin, Supreme Court ne D.K. Basu vs State of West Bengal case mein kaha hai ki Article 14 ka sabhi case par lagat to nahi, balki, prashasanik nirnay ke tareeke par lagta hai. To, hum iska dhyan rakhte hain.
