Administrative Law ki Bachao

I'm totally stuck with CUET PG Law's Administrative Law. I've tried D.D. Basu, but I don't know, it's like a whole dictionary there. Tried some YouTube channels, but they're way too long and boring. I've also seen some PowerPoints online, but they don't cover everything. I need something that's short, concise, and covers all the necessary topics. I've heard good things about V.K. Ahuja's book, but my college library doesn't have it. Can someone please recommend me some good resources? Do I need to buy all these books or are there some free notes available online? Please help, I'm so overwhelmed.
