I strongly disagree. 'Administrative Deja Vu' is more like 'Déjà Vu of Delay' or 'Déjà Vu of Denial'. It's not just about the feeling of familiarity but also the frustrating experience of bureaucratic red tape. It's high time that our admin systems are made user-friendly and transparent, not leaving us with a sense of déjà vu every time we interact with them.
