Admin Law: Kya Yeh Sab Theek Hai?
admin general beginner exam_panicI'm literally freaking out, guys. Only 3 days left for the exam and I still have no idea about this one concept in Admin Law that's just not sinking in. It's about the distinction between 'State' and 'Public Authority' under Article 12, and I just can't seem to wrap my head around it. In one of the notes, it says that a 'Public Authority' includes even non-State entities performing a public function, but then another note says that a 'State' is a much broader term that includes not just the government, but even entities exercising state power. Is this just another case of CLAT notes being totally jumbled up, or am I missing something? Can someone please help me out here?

Bhai, main toh feel karta hoon ki admin law ka kuch samay se khatam ho rha hai. Sabse bada issue yeh hai ki jo bhi rules banate hain, voh public ko kuch aur hi hawa mein phoonk dete hain. Aur yeh nahi bataya jata ki rules banane ke baad kya hoga. Isliye yeh sab theek nahi hai.
