Aur agar 236 ki section ka use hua, to uske baad bhi, Custodial Interrogation ke kai cases aaye hain jo galat tha. Inmein se ek sabse bada cas hai Sohrabuddin Sheikh ke case ka. Isliye, main to yeh mana hoon ki custodial interrogation ko abolish karne ki zaroorat hai.
