Lekin, ek baar mere professor ne kaha ki Section 300 ka interpretation bahut hi vichitrit ho sakta hai, jaise ki woh abhishapth (murder) ke alawa hi kai cheezein bhi include karega.
Mere liye yeh toh confusion hai ki Section 300 kya hai, murder hai ya abhishapth ka ek alag-alag chapter hai?

Section 300 IPC. Ye wala case kya hai? Yeh murder ki sections hai jo kaafi serious hai. Yadi kisi ko mara jata hai, tab section 300 ka application hota hai. Abhi kya kya hai? Yeh toh court ka faisla hai ki yeh murder section 300 ke under kya hai ya phir kuch anya sections ke under. Kya hai iska interpretation? Court ko lagta hai ki is case me koi intention thi ya phir yeh mere defense ke against khatra tha.
