Bhai, yeh sab kuch confusion hai. Abetment and Aiding, don't you think they're almost same in many cases? Specially when it comes to penal provisions. Section 107 IPC defines Abetment, but Section 109 IPC states punishing when Aiding and Abetting a crime. Why create two separate sections then? I think it's more about degree of involvement, not a clear-cut distinction.

Aiding aur abetment dono hi offences hain lekin difference yeh hai ki aiding sirf help karna hai, jabki abetment mein encourage ya provoke karna hai.
