Ab ki baar, IPC ki baar

Arre yaar, every time my dadi scolds me for not calling her regularly, I think of Section 498A (Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty). But seriously, it's a crucial section for CLAT PG/AILET PG. Dadi-jis like her might not be husbands in the classical sense, but Section 498A applies to anyone married to the wife's family, including in-laws. This makes it easier to take action against them for harassment or cruelty. Now I know what you're thinking - "kya karein, dadi-jis se kyon na karein?" But trust me, when it comes to family disputes, understanding the nuances of IPC is crucial. So next time you're dealing with a dadi-ji drama, just remember, Section 498A might just save your sanity.

"Arre, ye slogan ka matlab hai ki ab IPC ka focus change hua hai. IPC ka purana section 498A wala, jisme ghar wale logon ko ghar wali ladki ke parivaar ke khilaaf case laga sakta tha, ab usse kamzor kar diya hua hai. Ab ye logon ko ghar wali ladki ko apne ghar se chhodne ka samay diya ja raha hai.

Agar ham IPC ko lagu karenge, toh kya hoga? Har ek kaam aur baatcheet ka khulasa pata chalega? Kya hoga logon ki freedom of expression? Main sochta hoon, IPC ko is tarah se lagu nahi kiya jaana chahiye. Humari baat karenge to kya hoga? Khud se hi chinta karein na kisi dusre ko chun lein.
