Aaradhya v/s Roshan: The Contractual Conundrum

Bhai, in this contractual conundrum, ek mahatvapoorn point hai - the enforceability of Roshan's contractual obligations. Kya Aaradhya ka claim aapko kuchh keemat hai ya nashaa hai? Agar kuchh keemat hai, to Roshan ko uska poora adhikar diya jayega. Lekin agar Aaradhya ka claim nashaa hai, to unka case ka koi value nahin raha. Aapke point of view, kya??
