Aapki Dua: Agreemeent ka Break - kya Hai Right to Rescind?

Question thi: "X aur Y ne ek Agreement sign kiya hai, jismein X ko 1 lakh rupaye dene hain aur Y ko ek property dekhane ke liye 5 saal ke liye permission di hai. Agar 2 saal mein Y ne agreement ko break kar diya aur X ne unhe 1 lakh dena stop kar diya, to kya X ka decision sahi tha? Agar X ka decision galat tha, toh Y ko refund karna padega ya nahin?"
Correct approach yah hai ki humein is agreement ke purane contract rules ko remember karna hoga, jaise ki consideration, pratisidhi aur agreement ka saboot.

"Arre, Right to Rescind yah concept kaafi confusionfayda hai. Lekin basic yah hai ki jab kisi agreement ya contract ko sign karne se pehle woh clause hota hai jissey party apne man se is agreement ko chhod sakti hai. Iska matlab yeh hota hai ki woh apne right se pehle is agreement ko cancel karwa sakti hai.
