Aadhaar Judgment: Finally Got the Article 14 Angle

Yayy, I'm on cloud nine! I was having a hard time grasping the Article 14 aspect of the Aadhaar judgment (Puttuswamy v. Union of India) for the Bar Exam. But today, it clicked! I was going over the dissenting judgment of Justice Nariman, and suddenly, the concept of "classification" and "rational basis" became crystal clear. Section 12(1)(c) of the Aadhaar Act was the game-changer - it talks about non-discriminatory treatment of all residents, which is the root of Article 14. I scored a decent 80% in the practice question, and I'm feeling like I'm ready to take on the exam. The feeling of finally understanding something that had been eluding me for so long is just amazing!
