Main point yeh hai ki SC ne judiciary ko autonomous banaya hain, aur judges ke appointment aur removal par Centre ke intervention ko rokna hai. Lekin yeh kafi complex hai, aap apne notes check karke fir se padhen aur practice questions solve karein.
