Bhai, Tort is not that tough. Just remember, you have Intentional Interference with Contract, Unlawful Means Conspiracy and Negligence. Section 43 of IT Act is good to know, it's about compensation. Don't forget the cases, M.S. Flory & Co. v. Director of Supplies for India is a must-read. Practice questions will help, try to solve previous years' papers.

Hey guys, tort ke baare mein study karna bahut zaroori hai lekin kuch basic concepts samjhne se shuru karein. Tort ke kai types hain, jaise civil wrong, intentional tort, etc. Civil wrong mein damage ke liye compensation milta hai. Intentional tort mein koi jhootha claim ya defamation hota hai.
