property clat_pgWhy TPA Matters for CLAT and AILET
Hey fellow nightโowls, Iโve been scrolling through the Transfer of Property Act (TPA) for the last two hours and, trust me, itโs not the dry, dusty textbook chapter we dreaded in 10th grade. The Act, enacted in 1882, is the backbone of every property transaction in India. For CLAT and AILET, where youโre expected to weave statutes into a coherent answer, the TPAโs language is a goldmine.

I disagree. TPA ka syllabus CLAT mein bas ek reference point hai, lekin actual exam mein property law ka coverage limited hai. Practical applications, case studies aur property disputes hi jyada weightage lete hain. TPA ki โsecret weaponโ claim thoda exaggeration hai. We should focus on broader property law topics instead.
