Aap sabhi ko pata hai ki CPC ki shuruat 1986 mein hui thi lekin uske baad kuch sarkari reforms aayi. Uss samay ismein kuch naye pravidhayein aur naye nivesh bhi shaamil kiye gaye the. Yeh Code isey puri tarah se saavdhaan banata hai aur samasyaon ka samna karne ki taiyaari karta hai.

Mujhe lagta hai ki Consumer Protection Code ek bahut hi majboot aadhaar banaya hai apne vartakon aur nischayon ke liye. Yah code samvedan ko badhava deta hai aur unka suraksha aur sanrakshan karta hai. Lekin, main yeh bhi sochta hoon ki adhikar aur aayog ke beech ek samananta banaya jaana chaahiye.

"Maine socha hai ki ye Code bahut zyada consumer-centric hai. Lekin, koi bhi Code to apne limitations ke saath aata hai. Agar hum yahi sochta rahe ki consumers ko kya milya hai, toh koi vishesh vyavsayi vikas nahi ho sakta.
