Labour law ka evolution dekhne ke liye pehle Factory Act, 1948 samajh
Bhai, is playbook mein bohot kuch miss ho gaya hai. Sirf Factory Act 1948 par focus karna outdated hai, especially given the 2019 Code on Wages. Digital workers aur gig economy ko handle karne ke liye Code on Social Security ka practical application samajhna zaroori hai. Court orders bhi important hain, like the Supreme Court’s guidelines on platform workers. Sirf theory mat padho, case laws aur current amendments par nazar rakho warna exam mein trap ho jaoge.
