Welcome to the cornerstone of our constitutional freedoms! Part 3 of the Constitution is where our fundamental rights reside. Articles 12 through 35 are the stars of this segment, each shining a light on our cherished liberties.
Let’s dive in: Articles 12, 13, 33, 34, and 35 are the jewels of Part 3, outlining our fundamental rights. While once there were seven fundamental rights, including the right to property, times have changed. The right to property may have been repealed, but fear not! We still stand strong with a total of six fundamental rights to safeguard our essence.
